#30 VOR R and ADF R not working in 2024.1

FG version 2024.1 affects the VOR R (does not recognize DME) and ADF R (does not detect any NDB) of the B777.
The issue only occurs in version 20204.1.1.
If you activate the L VOR and the R VOR on the same frequency at a VOR at any airport, you'll see that the L VOR detects the DME distance, while the R VOR displays no distance. Regarding the ADF, if you activate the same NDB frequency, the L ADF detects it, while the R ADF detects nothing.

I can reproduce this issue. This appears to be an electrical issue: adf[1] and dme[1] are somehow not powered in 2024.1 version of FG. Further investigation needed.

It seems like that, unlike in 2020.3, in 2024.1 the power supply for adf and dme are separated. I'm having a hard time finding information about how should the dme and adf be powered, I think I'll supply them with lbus for now before getting more information.
