#198 Clear cache at Topic level
An implementation of FlexWiki generates content to be displayed inside FlexWiki outside of the normal ASP.Net context in a separate server. The FlexWiki cache causes the first version of this content to be retained preventing dynamic refreshes of this generated content from being viewed.
The ability to clear the cache for a single topic at the time of the request would allow this new content to be viewed.
Build 2.1.0.261 (r-1056) The presence of a topic property _ClearCache set to true in a topic will cause the cache for that topic to be cleared prior to rendering. The action of clearing the cache for a topic is written to the log.
