#185 Return a selectable number of changes in LastModified.aspx

LastModified.aspx currently returns a value for every page in the namespace. In large namespaces this can take a considerable amount of time and presents information that is of little value. Allow the number of latest changes to be selectable and initially return only a small number of latest changes (25). Selectable values will be 25, 50, 100, 500 and All.

Added a dropdown to allow selectable number of records to be returned. Default number is 25 records.
