#172 no topic links if the line contains textile links

I have a page that has a line like this:

RowDataGateway "Google":http://www.google.com

Where RowDataGateway is an existing topic. When I
create a link using textile syntax, RowDataGateway
becomes a plaintext and not a topic link.
If, however, I dropped the textism:

RowDataGateway http://www.google.com

RowDataGateway is shown properly as a topic link.
