#13 [Eclipse] Problem with multilanguage support

This issue is the same as the .Net bug 1843435 (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1843435&group_id=201686&atid=978555) and described on the forums (http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=4673277).

Eclipse plugin is not multilanguage-friendly. Edit a FIT test and include UTF8 chars, they will be converted into "?" when the tests are run. Need to make sure I/O operations encode with UTF8. Also, may need to modify FIT library jar if it does I/O operations as well - more discussion on this in the above forum posts.
