FIDOGATE 4.4.6 released

FIDOGATE 4.4.6 has been released, this is a really minor release, just adding some small features, see below. The CVS tag is R446.

Please use the sourceforge.net environment for bug reports, feature requests, submitting patches etc.

If time permits, I'll start with FIDOGATE 4.5 this year, integrating the fidogate-snp patches.
