This is the release you've been waiting for. All the new features, bugfixes, API updates and security updates from the long trail of betas and release candidates. The biggest features are new support for storing your photos on Amazon S3, or a remote FTP/HTTP/SSH server; automatic iPhone support with a simplified interface; and automatic photo rescanning.
Users of Camera Life are recommended to update to the latest 2.6.2 beta 9 release to close vulnerabilities to multiple XSS and SQL attack vectors.
Much thank to Omer Singer of The DigiTrust Group and BackDoor of Lojistik for submitting these findings.

You could just give me an icon set and I'd be happy... I'm just getting bogged down by this pretty pixel pushing. I swear if I have to look at another pixel again, I don't know what I'll do!
I always allow the public to rename/suggest deletion of my photos. This is just me being too lazy to name them myself.
Since 2.5, you can undo changes that were (maliciously) made to the system. And also see the audit trails for individual records. Conceivably you could batch rollback all action by a certain user on a certain date, but the UI doesn't exist for that.
Anyway I was real excited about this feature becuase I lot of people rename some of my pictures to bullshit for testing. Do any competing products have a similar feature?
Oh boy, 2.4 is commin and you won't believe your eyes. Right now it's being beta-tested by some friends. To check stability. If it takes them too long, I'll just 2.4b
