Documentation update

A new edition of the documentation «Calculating strut-and-tie models with Fachwerk and Fachwerk3D» has been published. It covers the current program release (Fachwerk/Fachwerk3D 0.4.4) and provides more examples.

The documentation (pdf) is available in English and German languages for 30€.
