I have put the 2.6.2 tarball up at
ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/exmh/exmh-2.6.2.tar.gz
and under the Files area of the SourceForge exmh project
http://www.sf.net/projects/exmh
2.6.2 is the first reasonable 2.6.* series of releases. Quite a few bug fixes occurred during the last month since 2.6.1.
There were several "issues" with 2.6 release on 2/9/2003, so if you
managed to find that one, please pull down this newer release.
At the moment, the source forge site is unavailable for maintenance,
so the only copy of the bits are at
ftp://ftp.tcl.tk/pub/tcl/exmh/exmh-2.6.1.tar.gz
The main new feature is generalized sequence handling, contributed
by Chris Garrigues (thanks!). This replaces the little "unseen"
window with a "sequences" window, and adds a Sequence menu. If you
want something more than the "unseen" and "urgent" sequence to show up,
you need to add to the *sequences resource, and define corresponding
sequence_whatever resource to contain color attributes. Take a look
at app-defaults-colors for examples. This also changes the way
the color resources are set for the folder table of contents (ftoc) window.... read more
This is a long awaited update to Exmh. The most notable feature is the addition of the Sequences menu and an internal overhaul of sequence handling. There have been many bug fixes.
exmh 2.5 adds support for message highlighting, as well as fixes many bugs.
A quick release after 2.3 fixes some users' problems running the exmh.install script.
Lots of bug fixes, some new features. Grab it at
ftp://ftp.scriptics.com/pub/tcl/exmh/exmh-2.3.tar.gz
I've moved the nightly snapshots to sourceforge. They can be found at ftp://exmh.sourceforge.net/pub/exmh/snapshots/ in both RPM and tar.gz formats.
The CVSWeb view of the SourceForge exmh CVS
repository is not working. This was reported
about a week ago, but not fix has occurred.
However, the good news is that regular CVS
access, both anonymous and for developers, is
working OK. The CVS repository on SF now
has the latest bits.
