Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, =20 in den PDFs unter QIS wird mehrmals auf die Freiwilligkeit der Lehrer-Evaluierung hingewiesen. =20 Warum ist Freiwilligkeit laut Meinung des Ministeriums so wichtig? =20 =20 Ich verstehe, dass die Akzeptanz der Ergebnisse h=F6her liegt wenn = Lehrer freiwillig daran teilnehmen. =20 Ist da nicht die Gefahr gro=DF, dass solche, die schlechte Ergebnisse bef=FCrchten, gar nicht erst an der Evaluierung teilnehmen? =20 =20 Ich freue mich auf Ihre Antwort =20 Johannes Kutsam Student der Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Johannes Kepler Universit=E4t =20 =20 =20 |
