Project VrpH has its first results. One original constructive heuristic for solving Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem is developed (see ReadMeFirst.pdf for more details). Wright now, only binaries for win32 and Linux are uploaded. The source code will be available as soon as the heuristic will be published in a journal. Several more methods are going to be added in the following weeks.
