Performed an upgrade from 1.2.6 to 1.3, ran the "var/Entertrack-temp/update_db.sql", all completed without error.
Logged into tracking system and the number of "open", "urgent", "high", "normal" issues are not being counted properly.
It is displaying the full count of all columns for each customer.
If I click on the "Issues" link at the left the number of "open" logs are correct.
If I click on the "main" link at the left, they are wrong.

You may have added some custom status types of type "Closed". Issues with these new statuses do not factor into the SQL query that generates the group standing view.
I will submit a patch I am using to fix this.
