#15 Toggle doesnt toggle thigns on/off

Through several versions of enchantrix now , the
enchantrix toggle does NOT toggle off display of the
disenchant info. As displaying the data stutters the
framerate down to 3-4 / sec , adn I only really care
about the info as I hit the mailbox to see what I'll
mail to the enchanter vs sell here, I would much prefer
not to have the data displayed most of the time. But
/enchantrix toggle toggles nothing, and the data is
displayed full time.

Why?
