Enchantment OS 24 is at Release Candidate phase

The Beta test revision (ench-24.beta.4-amd64) has been promoted to Release Candidate status (ench-24.rc.1-amd64).

• Release Candidate images are appropriate for test and evaluation by consumer and small business users.
