In newer mysql/mariadb (what I use now) versions, there is some adjustment to be done to avoid missing values at creation of a record, which gives errors/makes application crash.
Fixed now.
0.2.45:
- integrate 0.2.44
- improved layout and export possibility by using more gb.tab
0.2.44 based on 0.2.41
- FShiftDay: count days performed in week with at least one shift pro year/employee
- FShiftDay: option to show details (mainly to check program)
0.2.42:
- Saldo report month adjusted with tab (next to = sign) for easy import (to nice columns) cut/paste in spreadsheet
02.43:
- Show saldi of mnoths selected in FEmpYear (bug fix)
Completed month view with calculated (theoretical) hours to work that selected month.
Working on fixed value for working hours "todo" in a month.
If some value is stored for that employee that month, it will be used (and loaded in main screen).
Otherwise it will be calculated from the days * hours/day in employee record (as before).
Stored values can be reached with menu edit, subtotal, or entered in the employee month edit view (click on employee name to open).
This fixes the work-around needed to bypass the calculated todo hours in a month via the "correction", sometimes with negative values, and it was meant to be like this anyway. Maybe in the future make a real week-"shedule" for an employee? But even that can change..
For the moment you can find documentation in a wordpress and a wiki system:
http://employear.sourceforge.net/blog/
https://sourceforge.net/p/employear/wiki/Home/
this seems to have disappeared as wel:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/employear/index.php?title=Main_Page
Sourceforge is changing and as they drop support for some applications that we used for documentation, that data seems to be gone. I hoped they would somehow "freeze" the data, so that it stays online, even without working app behind it. But that seems not to be the case, and no automatic transfer seems to be done to the new applications. I personally don't like the new "blog", and even the new ticket system.
But the most importtant thing is the source code, and I like of course the general possibility that SourceForge offers the community.
So just excuses to our users for what you can not find anymore, we will try to find the time to set up something new... (but time ...).
