Release of EML voting for a sample Italian Senate Ballot.

This includes full ballot vote EML 440 logging, PDF generation and printing of paper ballots, EML 510 and 520 counting and results display reporting.

This system is available for demonstration online at: http://www.openvotingsolutions.info

Initial release of java based ballot vote recording and counting. This is pre-release version.
