Easy Par2 for KDE / News: Recent posts

Some bugfixes.

Switched from Qt4 to Qt5.

Corrected tooltip for source block count in repairer window.
Bugfix for handling invalid description packets.

Creating recovery sets is implemented. Verify, repair and creation are now working.
All parts from libpar2 are imported and assimilated, the lib is not needed any more.
Any sigc++ stuff is converted to Qt signal/slot now.
