What Is "EJQ Judger"

-It is a one of my program.
-I'm an OIer which means I am a student who join the OI(Olympiad in Informatics) competitions.
-When I'm working on my problems, I find I have trouble on Judging my Programs on my computer, expecially on GNU/Linux systems,so I set up this project for my Judger.
