#23 Not working on IPv6 IRC Servers

When trying to join a channel on an IPv6-enabled
IRCNet IRC Server, EIRC attempts not to join the
specified channel (e.g. #blablabla) but to join its
own IP as channel (e.g. 0:0:0:0:ffff:1.2.3.4, which is
actually the IPv6 way to describe IPv4 adressess).
