#14 Channel list

The channel list button should open the list window
immediately, to avoid people pressing it repeatedly
thinking it had no result. It should also only send
LIST once, regardless of how many times its pressed,
until numeric 323 (end of list) is recieved. The
window should also be initially larger. (perhaps the
defined size of the applet itself).
