Eimp is back and supports Eclipse 3.2.1 with MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, Jabber and Rendez vous.
Eimp standalone is a SWT/JAFCE applicaion. Now you can use Eimp without the eclipse platform. The package don't include the JRE, so you first download a JRE/JDK.
Now 0.1.0 also bring the jabber protocol (XMPP) to you. How to use? refer http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=965963&forum_id=276508.
Remote control now work. But it is very dangerous. If you don't know what you are doing, pls don't enable it! If you do it, pls first refer http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=965966&forum_id=276508.
Currently 0.1.0 only release a WIN32 version. In next version I will release a Linux version.
0.9.1 is released. Yahoo and MSN work again! But I don't gain the license from Microsoft :-). God bless me!
Recently I can't visit sf.net, because my ISP blocked the visit to sf.net, and I don't know why!
Fortunately today I find a proxy. But the speed is very very slow.
I am very glad to announce that 0.9.0a of eimp is availabe.
Eimp partially support the Rendezvous protocol. Now you can lookup of chat buddies on the local network, but you can't talk! But Ringo will go on the code.
Now the MultiSessionBoardView have a new table view. You can switch freely between TextView and TableView.
Now the eimp can export the talk record to txt file.
MultiSessionBoardView support Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
The chat textbox align with the send button.
fix the incorrect status of the status action menu.
It is due to transferring. I have updated the zip and gz balls of 0.8 and now it work.
About this problem, refer to http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=792418&group_id=80948&atid=561507.
Now I experientially add the support for ICQ protocol(v8). I use the JOscalLib from ooimlib(http://sourceforge.net/projects/ooimlib/).
But the lib and my code are not very stabe, but it is work. If you are interesting in it, you can download and try it.
