#224 edge-wad lacks a licence file and authorship info

One day, I'd like to get this into Debian proper, or at least into non-free. Lack of licence information & authorship information would certainly cause rejection by the ftpmasters.

Also, without at least a suitable licence document, it's not really redistributable. Currently, I'm assuming that this is an oversight...

    OK, I'll look into creating a suitable license
    document for edge.wad.

    The only problematic material in there is the
    graphics for the dog, which I copied (with
    permission) from prBoom, but which originally
    come from Wolfenstein3D and hence we probably
    don't have the rights to use it. If you want to
    help, please try to find out whether those sprites
    are usable, otherwise I'll simply replace the dog
    graphics and sounds with something from FreeDoom.
