#202 Crosshair vs Actual hit location

Whenever you turn the crosshair on and fire the pistol at
normal height. The bullet is always lower by atleast a
1/4 inch or so from the center of the target.

This seems to be an issue, when aiming thru an
window. When aiming up, the bullets go through the
ledge on the top when clears its suposed to hit the
ledge, however when aiming down seem to improperly
catch, even though the gun appears to be clear of the
ledge.

Try Firing out the window in Map01.

From what I've seen it appears in Edge 1.28.x and RC2.
Changing resolutions does not appear to make it change.

    Bullets and missiles are not shot from eye height, but a bit
    lower ("arm height" I suppose you could say). I think this
    accounts for the discrepancy. To test this yourself, edit
    the OUR_HERO entry in THINGS.DDF and add the
    following line:

    SHOT_HEIGHT=75%;
