when you install Eclipse 3.1, WTP 0.7 and EclipseXSLT
1.0.4 in conjunction with XMLBuddy
the XMLBuddy configuration confuses Eclipse about WTP
XML Editors.

The result is that the outline, syntax coloring and
some things are not working.

To prevent this behaviour you should remove XMLBuddy.
