Hello,

I've tried to use RBE with a Google Web Toolkit project. Google uses a modified ResourceBundle reader and recommends using of UTF-8 encoding with properties files, see http://code.google.com/intl/de-DE/webtoolkit/doc/latest/DevGuideI18n.html#DevGuidePropertiesFiles (end of page).

The RBE-settings to transform between Umlauts and \u-sequences are both off.

If I open a UTF-8 properties file with RBE and add some Umlauts (like "Änderung"), it garbles the Umlauts: "Ã„nderung".

It would be nice if RBE would respect the encoding from the file's settings.
