#53 Locale scrollbar missing
When there is more then 9 locale files 10th and futher locale text areas are not visible on the editor screen.
Screenshot is attached. On the screenshot last language visible is Albanian, but there are more languages shown on
language tab bar (Serbian, Serbian (Bosina and Herzegovina), Serbian (Montenegro), etc).
