#132 ArrowDown key to move focus from filter to tree

Checkstyle Eclipse Checkstyle Plugin 5.3.0.201012121300, Eclipse 3.6 SR1.

1 Create any checkstyle configuration

1. Open "Checkstyle Configuration" dialog
2. try to find "unnecessary parentheses" check by typing "unn"

Detected: Check is found but there is not hot key for ArrowDown key to move focus from filter text filed to tree component.

Expected: Do it like in filter of Eclipse Preferences, eclipse "Open type" dialog, ... - ARROWDOWN_KEY in filter move focus to target component.
