Fixed some errors with csv file, readme updated.

In version 07-2 and lower, there was a bug:
You was able to send messages as another user :-(. This was fixed in version 07-3.;-)

Whispering added and control of nick.

* added nick control.
* autokicking after 10 min (600sec)

* added color support! The color of text is the same as color od your chatbox
(colored chatbox is available only in IE) :((
