First, thank to you by the project, is very ussefull and is a great job.
A lot of time th file generated by the logger is 22Mb size, with for instance 5 minutes logging time, and get the file , contains the 5 minutes logged and the rest blank. This ocurr in a lot of logged files of minutes or 2 or 3 hours only.
This is a problem because the download time for this file takes 15 minutes.
Do you know why?

Your records are made in Holter mode (not in live mode) and only 5 minutes of data are relevant over the whole recoding periode of time (22MB let me think it a 24h recording).
First of all, is the LED blinking at the correct pace during the recording (every other second in LowRes) ?
if the LED stays still (ON or OFF) then a wire is broken or disconnected.
When you say "the rest blank" is it noise or "0" level ?
If it's noise, there is a problem with the electrodes contact or position.
If it is 0, the connection is broken.
Have you try to monitor using the "Live mode" above 5 minutes ? Is it working ?
Are all records stopping after the same periode of time ? Do you use battery or rechargeable ? Have tried a different SD Card ?

.I have perform some testing , for instant record several minutes, hours, etc
.The 22Mb happends a lot of time, for instance in 10 files recorded, 7 files have 22Mb.
.The LED blinking at the correct pace during the recording (every other second in LowRes). Then I press buttong long time in order to stop de recording. Somtime after 3 hours, other times 1 hours, etc.
.I use normal battery (not rechargeable).
.I attack a image of th rest of the file at the end of the valid recording in a 22Mb file. The rest of the file are blank signal as example attached.
.I have not tried with other Sd card, I have formated several times de card in order to check if the Sd card was corrrupt,but the result is the same.
.I attack a downloadin page screen of recorded files , you can see in this case 2 files of 22Mb.
The 4 last files are recorded today.

What is the" Max block write (µs) / Max WR ". it must be around 800 µs
