-the default shine and shadow that gets added to the 2d bar charts isn't particularly appealing, on smaller dimensioned charts it becomes downright distracting and messy
-it would be nice to have a param to turn the bars into a simple solid color

Added new 'ewflatbar' processing in ChartEngine in new processEWFLATBAR method

When true the bar painter is replaced with the default version and shadow is made invisible.
