Can you check which types of shm and sem you are using? If you don't
know what I'm talking about just attach the config.h file to a post here.=

Could you also add your config.log file, but are created in the
sourcedir after you run configure.

If you are using sysvipc based semaphores make sure you pass the userid
under which apache runs to the configure script.
