I've just uploaded the first few files, all commented, and well documented. I have also uploaded a copy of the database as it stands.

As a project we are looking for a database expert who can create the database for this project and help in the maintaince of it over the longer term. To start with, you'll need to be able to commit to around 6 hours a month, and in the future it should be a lot less than that.
