To be able to use the "not duplicate" button you will have to modify your MySQL database. Read the FAQ for instructions.

This build of DuMP3 includes fixes for:

• WAV reading problem
• MP3 header find problem
• added more image decoders using JAI

DuMP3 finaly has the functionality for which it was created, namely mp3 comparison by wave data. In the meantime it has grown some extensions - it has become a general purpose similar (duplicate) file finder.

DuMP3 can now compare:

• binary files by calculating a SHA1 hash per file.
• all text files by calculating a fingerprint of all substrings in the file.
• images (BMP, PCX, JPG, IMG, GIF, PNG) by calculating fingerprint based on the color distribution (rotations included).
• audio files (WAV, MP3, OGG) by calculating a fingerprint based on the wave data.... read more

Find image duplicates is now working!
Fingerprint database is implemented.

Finally DuMP3 has released it's first file. Currently it only does binary comparrison, but after the graphical UI is finished, I'll work on the picture comparrison side and then the audio side.
