#4 DSHub: Lookup Plugin - A network admin tool

Lookup is a admin network tool using ping, traceroute, nslookup, whois and revdns for control over who is who in the hub.

This is my first plugin for DSHub and my first program ever so great thanks to Pietry for making me do this.
