Version 0.24 released

The Windows binary now has a slick installer. A job has been added to check the latest version and show a download link if a new version is up. You can turn this off on the settings page. Also added is support for proxy authentication. An option has been added to edit the title, description, and keyword list on the summary page. A nasty crash bug with Mozilla 1.0RC1 and the new search plugin has been fixed.
