#14 Display amount downloaded when hovering over tray icon

I prefer to have TD just sitting in my tray. However if
I want to see how far my downloads are getting I have
to open it.

I would like it if I could see something like this when
hovering over the tray icon, or even per:
Filename - 10kb/s - 50%
Filename - 14kb/s - 24%
