#91 No exception for pages too big

The pages >2MB are not accepted by MediaWiki and a "mw-edit-longpageerror" is inserted in the returned page.
However the DotNetFramework library does not detect this specific error and does not throw an exception.

You are right, but this situation is so rare, that I would rather prefer to ignore it. Or maybe I'll mention that limit in the documentation.
