#108 GetWikidataLinks throws exception

GetWikidataLinks in Page throws WebException: "Too many automatic redirections were attempted." when apostrophe in combination with cyrillic characters are used in the page's title (example "Кастриняно де' Гречи").

Check Attachment with tests for all sitelinks in wikidata item Q52127.

I tested the attached script and it was executed without any errors. (Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1; .NET CLR 4.0.30319.18408)
