Why did it not continue to burst the file when validation was turned off? This still needs to be fixed.

email3@email3.org;[ ] - validation is failing because of the empty space [ ] found at the end

email4@email4.in.gov; email5@email5.in.gov;; email6@email6.in.gov - failing because of the ;; found in the middle
