The install instructions state:
"1.unzip this file to d:\bin\docbook."
The majority of Windows systems have a CD or DVD drive
as drive d:, so this whole package, as currently
delivered, is rather useless.
It's bad engineering to hard code any drive requirement
into a Windows software system. The location of
directories and files for a software system should be
recorded in the registry as part of the (automated)
installation process.
