#159 Don't execute in Windows 10 Pro.

I have a Windows 10 PC, I installed DocFetcher but when I double click on the shortcut it doesn't run.
I tried the same installer on another Windows 7 machine (both 64 bit) and it works perfectly.
On both computers I have Java 6, 7 and 8 installed
Somebody could help me?
