#464 Has dev for DocBook Stylesheets moved to GitHub?

Bob, it appears as though active development for the stylesheets has moved to GitHub. If this is the case, can you update the the SourceForge repo? I would suggest adding a News Release noting the new location, and updating the landing screen with a note and pointer to the new home. Additionally, if possible, lock the repo so that new tickets, etc., can't be created.
