#181 website: Using <div>/CSS for layout instead of tables.

I hope I've categorized this request correctly.

I read slashdot on occasion and ran across this
article, http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slashdot/.
I'm not an html junky, don't get into writing my own
pages. This is why I use website. Just makes it
easier for me. (By the way, thanks for website Norm,
much appreciated.) I'd like to request that website
support a similar theme, content placement using <div>
tags and CSS. This way you could choose where to place
your menu, etc... Do you need me to be more elaborate?
