Yet another 50000 rows reached! - structure RDF

XML parser error (error code 73): < required
The error was found on line: 4847736
The size of structure.rdf which hadn't been cleaned was
about 500M..but when it cleaned it was just only
300M..what had it happended?
AND could you tell me how to solve the ERROR?
