#6 Asynchronous DNS
The DNS queries initiated by Mail::DKIM should be asynchronous. They can be initiated as soon as the header has been read, but the responses aren't actually needed until the full message body has been read and it's time to do the verification.
In addition, when being called from a program like SpamAssassin, there are other things the process could be doing while Mail::DKIM is waiting for its DNS queries to finish.
So the goal here is to re architect Mail::DKIM to allow DNS queries to be asynchronous.
I started working on this during 0.38,
and hope to have it completed for 0.39,
which will be released sometime during 2010.
