#14 accept relative paths in conf_file and sender_map file

DKIMproxy requires that you specify the full path to the private key file. I'd like the ability to specify only a relative path, and have DKIMproxy know where to find the file.

In a sender map file, a relative path (of a key) could be interpreted relative to the location of the sender map file.
