#7 Error on RedHat 8

Dialup Admin does not work well with RedHat 8

RedHat 8 has Apache 2 by defaults.

Apache sets the .php extension to all php scripts by default and
the files in Dialup Admin are all with .php3 extentions. Althothis can
be correct in php.conf model of apache but the accounting page is
with buggy view and php seems that can not connect to mysql.
