It's the new release of "Dialogic Utilities"! With new programs, new features, new bugs...... :-)

A new release that fixes a couple of bugs
and cleans up the Makefile. Plus, alarms
is now a stand-alone program.

I have submitted the initial release of the Dialogic Utilities package. Check the Release Notes for a more complete list and, please, contribute code and suggestions.
