#5 Horizontal Scrolling

My mouse's scroll wheel can go side-to-side for horizontal scrolling, but it doesn't work in Diagram Designer. My charts often include a lot of images and require both horizontal and vertical scrolling, so it would be nice to move around without needing to go all the way down to the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
