#37 Allow for OIDS with flag in message part of a threshold definition

In the message of a threshold definition the use of OIDs is allowed. However, if this OID is extended with a flag, it will not be recognised. The result is a warning message at each pass of Devmon in de logfile of Devmon, althoudh the OID itself is known. After installing this patch, the following threshold definition will no longer result in a warning message:

upsMinsRunTime : red : <12 : UPS has {upsMinsRunTime.thresh:red} minutes of runtime remaining
